4 -CONSTITUTION 0? TEE BLACK IIAV/KS- PREAMBLEi The above organization having seen it fit to convene and form a group of boys suitable to the general taste. This, the third constitution, is formulated to promote the congenital fellowship that has been its fundamental aim. OBJECT: to urge and participate in all social and athletic activities meeting the approval of the majority. -Article I- -Composition of Group- Sec. 1 - Maxima not of members - inclusive of officers - 25. Sec, 2 - Maximum number of officers - 4, a. One President (also chairman of executive hoard). b. One Vice-President, c. Cne Treasurer, d. One Secretary - both recording and corresponding. Sec, 3 - There sl-.all be 5 standing boards or committees and one Sergeant at Arms• a. 3oard of Executives. b. Committee on Rules. c. Committee on Elections. d. Sergeant at Arms. e. Coma.it tee on Entertainment. Sec, 4 - As many honorary members as meet the general f£vor. Article II - Requirements for Me Sect. 1, A prospective member must be ro " i fifteen years of Age, nor .ore than seventeen years rf -. ,e J..C seeking membership during year 1943; in IST-x no ^c - n u5xteen years nor more than eighteen years etc. Sect, 2, He must pay the dues ordained by the ok'i rj ■ larly and with no attempt at evasion of said payment! a. He is urged, but not forced, to dons \arious funds organized by the "ouse. Sect. 3, He must be voted an by a majority of bhc -r.3T.vcrs for the two week trial period, a. Ee must be voted Ln by a majority of 'b. i av crs after this two week trial period, during whioh all dues aro paid, and he is possessed of all privileges of a me jcoept the vott. t. lie must have received a cop/ of ibis Constitution, Sect. 4. Article III - Rules of Conduct and Penalties • Sect. 1. No conversation except when the Presldf.? t sjas fit, or when possessed of the floor.
