If your agency wishes to apply any unused funds for other budgetary purposes not listed in the original budget request, prior approval should be secured from the Budget Committee of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies. The Budget Committee has also made several specific recommendations in reference to the relationship of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies' constituent agencies with the Associated Jewish Philanthropies, which have also been approved by the Board of Trustees. These recommendations dealing with such matters as the budgetary procedure and the activities of the auxiliaries of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies' constituent agencies will be forwarded to you in a few days by Judge Jacob J.
