STAFF MEETING BOT-KBia 30, 1936. PRESENT: MRS. Saftel, Mr. oidman. Miss Lexenberg, Mr. Hotenborg, Mr. Sadow, Miss ..olllns. Miss Sinman. STAFF JUTY: NlfflTS OF-': Tues'iay night....Miss Lexenberg out to meeting. Thursday night...Miss Lexenberg at Girl Scout Leaders' meeting. Saturday night...Mr. Motenberg on duty. Sunday afternoon. .Entire staff present for Leaders' meeting. 1. Discussed registration and dues: All members are to come in at one door: the back door for afternoon members and the front door for evening manbers. Everyone Is expected to register. Hecht House membership cards will be given to those who pay their house dues. WLP.A. cards will be given to those w.o attend just tne T.P.A. olasses. One W.P.A. card will be used for all classes. We will indicate on tne card and tne registration slip which classes the member attends. All members will be expected to go to a class or to a club and no one will be allowed to loiter in the building. Miss Sinman will make a permanent list for each class so that each instiructor can check up daily to make sure tnat all members are registered in tne office. Temporary cards, good until December 15, will be Issued to those who have paid part of their house dues. From now until December 15, one person will be employed to be at the door to check on registered manbers. Those members who say that they cannot pay by Deommber 15 will be asked to see Mr. Sidman, Mrs. Saftel or Miss Lexenberg. Mrs. Saftel, Mr. Sidman and Miss Lexenberg will aeet daily at 2:30 to go over the list of such members and decide whether or not they may have an extension of time or if they should be given membership cards without cnarge. Those who can afford to pay but keep putting it off shall not be allowed to come into the House until the full amount is paid. Policy regarding those who will be allowed to come in without charge: W.P.A. families; Miss Lexouberg, Mrs. Saftel and Mr. Sidman will analyze all other cases and use their own judgment ln regard to each one. Those who cannot afford to pay may be given something to do in the House to work out the amount of dues, such as: checking. 2. Announced that there will be a Leaders' meeting on Sunday afternoon, vecember 6. Mr. Rotenberg, Mr. Sidman and Miss Kramer will discuss "Hecht House Probletr.3". 3. Reviewed the tentative program for Eecht Bouse Birthday .i/eek.
