There should be more emphasis on program Ing for adults with some Yiddish elements in the program, in view of the large Yiddish speaking population in the seotion, Speoial emphasis should also be placed on parents* programs. As is indioated in the seotion on "Membership", very few of the parents of the junior members are affiliated in any way with the House, o. All aotivities at the house should include Jewish oontent whorever feasible, 3, The experiment with a part-time Jewish program worker haa proven the value of this ty e of work, The House has recognized this by approving the appointment of a Jewish worker in the past, liowo/ r, Jewish programming ahould be the duty of the entire ataff. All members of the staff should be imbued with a positive Jewish point of view and should work cooperatively towards the furtherance of the Jewiah goals of the House, Taking into oon- siderati on the present situation, and pending the development of a staff of thio type, it is desirable to employ a full-time worker to initiate a comprehensive program of thia nature. The workor should not be known as a Jewish worker, but should have a title suoh as Educational Worker, Aotivities Direotor, eto. All of the staff members sho Id be afforded opportunities for traini:.- in Jewish group work. The duties of this worker should be to train and recruit leadersj to work with all department heads in Jewish programing) to work with olub and f notional councils; and to sponsor is and cooperative Jewish programs. 4* A Jewish cultural oounoil should be organiz d for the Dorchester end Mattapan neighborhoods. The counoil should include all Jewiah a -enoies interested in oultural aotivities and should sponsor a oommunity forum, Yiddish forum, leaders' training oourse, extension olub work, a oommunity oalendar to eliminate aotivity oonfliots, and similar aotivities. It should havo no administrative or fund-raising aotivities.
